Mallarmé et Ponge, ou la formule

open access: yesVersants, 2017

XESLite - managing large XES event logs in ProM [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Process mining methods use data recorded by information systems to analyze the real execution of processes. This event data is stored in an event log, which is the main input to most process mining methods.

ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

X-ray Spectroscopy at the SuperXAS and Debye Beamlines: from in situ to Operando

open access: yesCHIMIA
Understanding structure–performance relationships are essential for the rational design of new functional materials or in the further optimization of (catalytic) processes. Due to the high penetration depth of the radiation used, synchrotron-based hard X-

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Electronic structure of β-RbNd(MoO4)2 by XPS and XES

open access: yes, 2015
β-RbNd(MoO4)2 microplates have been prepared by the multistage solid state synthesis method. The phase composition and micromorphology of the final product have been evaluated by XRD and SEM methods.

Xe anions in stable Mg-Xe compounds: the mechanism of missing Xe in earth atmosphere

open access: yes, 2013
The reactivity of noble gas elements is important for both fundamental chemistry and geological science. The discovery of the oxidation of Xe extended the doctrinal boundary of chemistry that a complete shell is inert to reaction. The oxidations of Xe by various geological substances have been researched in order to explain the missing Xe in earth ...

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...
