A scalable, color‐adaptive radiative cooling coating is developed to enable dynamic spectral regulation via a reversible thermochromic transition at ~45 °C and a high solar reflectance of 91.7%. The coating achieves 4.44 °C outdoor sub‐ambient cooling while providing robust superhydrophobicity and environmental durability through its micro/nano ...

Studies of cracking behavior in melt-processed YBCO bulk superconductors [PDF]
An important phenomenon in bulk superconductors fabricated by top-seeded-melt growth (TSMG) is the formation of cracks due to the inherent brittleness of the YBa2Cu3O7-δ (Y-123) phase matrix.

A novel organic–inorganic YSZ@PANI/SnS2 composite nanofiber film was prepared via an in‐situ construction strategy of a PANI interfacial layer. The biomimetic "branch‐leaf" structure effectively disperses and releases stress and energy, while accelerating gas diffusion/transport and providing abundant active sites.

Effect of Zr doping on structure and properties of Y2O3/diamond films
Element doping can alter the structure of the base material, thereby enhancing its performance. Undoped and Zr-doped Y2O3 films are deposited on single-crystal silicon and polycrystalline CVD diamond by magnetron sputtering to investigate the composition,
