Food Sci NutrMedlar fruits were treated with different concentrations of oxalic acid and stored at 4°C and 90% ± 5% RH for 45 days. In particular, 1.5 mM OA applications effectively reduced weight loss and decay, suppressed increases in respiration rate and pH, and slowed the decline in titratable acidity, SSC.

Macrofungal Diversity of Yalova Province
Journal of Fungus, 2017 Fungal samples were collected from different localities in the boundaries of Yalova province between 2010 and 2012. As a result of field and laboratory studies, 92 species within the 41 families and 14 orders were identified. 17 of them belong to the division Ascomycota and 75 to Basidiomycota .
