New Optical Method of Measuring Hairiness of Yarn
Journal of the Textile Machinary Society, 1965 目的新しい糸の毛羽測定法を考案し, それを実施するための装置を製作する.成果(1) 毛羽を, 糸軸に直角な断面にみた状態にスクリーンに投影し, 連続的に糸を走らせながらその像を光電管で検出測定する方法を考案した.この方法によればスクリーン上でスリットの操作を行なうことによって, 一定試長内の全毛羽量のほか, 毛羽の長さ分布をきわめて簡単正確に求めることができる.(2) 上記の原理を実施するための装置を製作した.それはつぎの各部より構成される.(i) 主要部 (投光および投影装置, 試料送り装置などを含む) (ii) 光の検出指示部およびその電源(iii) ランプおよびその電源(iv) 記録装置(v) 積算装置(vi) 静電気付与装置(vii) 定電圧装置この装置は安定に約1mm長さの毛羽1本を検出し,
