It is spring and the "yearbooks" are in full-bloom. In "Medicine" the familiar format is retained: pithy abstracts of articles carefully harvested from the sea of international medical literature. As usual the spice of the yearbook resides in the sotto voce comments by the editors—in small print after certain more provocative contributions.
