Rice gall dwarf virus (RGDV), transmitted biparentally by leafhopper vector to their offspring, exploits the capsid protein to induce inheritable ovarian apoptosis via insulin‐driven PI3K/AKT/FoxO signaling axis. This mechanism enhances infection but reduces female reproductive fitness, causing inefficient maternal transmission.

METTL10‐Mediated PIAS3 Methylation Links Purine Metabolism to Gastric Cancer Progression
METTL10‐mediated methylation of PIAS3 at K442 inhibits its SUMO E3 ligase activity toward MITF. This reduces MITF SUMOylation and subsequent RNF4‐mediated ubiquitination, leading to MITF protein accumulation and gastric cancer progression. Abstract Metabolic dysregulation plays a significant role in the development of gastric cancer (GC).

The SNARE protein YKT6 is upregulated in bladder cancer (BLCA), correlating with poor prognosis. YKT6 promotes tumor proliferation and metastasis by activating Wnt/β‐catenin signaling. It recruits Ubiquitin‐Specific Peptidase 7 (USP7) to deubiquitinate and stabilize β‐catenin, enhancing its nuclear accumulation and driving oncogenic gene expression ...

H2S Is a Potential Universal Reducing Agent for Prx6‐Type Peroxiredoxins
We report the identification of H2S as reducing agent for Prx6‐type peroxiredoxins. In contrast to common physiological reducing agents of other peroxiredoxins, HS− is small enough to access the active site of oxidized Prx6‐type enzymes in the fully‐folded protein conformation.
