Adiponectin Assists Thrombopoietic Agents in ITP Treatment by Enhancing Myosin‐9/Rab6A‐Mediated Trafficking of c‐Mpl in MKs

This study revealed that adiponectin facilitates the therapeutic efficiency of thrombopoietic agents by stimulating the membrane trafficking of c‐Mpl in MKs, which provides a point for ITP therapy. Moreover, a novel c‐Mpl trafficking mechanism based on the Myosin‐9/Rab6A complex is constructed. These findings provide new insights into the applicability

deepTFBS: Improving within‐ and Cross‐Species Prediction of Transcription Factor Binding Using Deep Multi‐Task and Transfer Learning

DeepTFBS leverages deep learning to predict transcription factor binding sites across species, integrating multi‐task and transfer learning approaches to improve performance in data‐scarce scenarios. This study demonstrates enhanced accuracy in intra‐ and cross‐species prediction, revealing conserved regulatory patterns and functional variants.

SENP6 Maintains Mitochondrial Homeostasis by Regulating Mitochondrial Protein Import Through deSUMOylation of TOM40

SUMOylation regulates mitochondrial processes, but its impact on protein import remains unclear. TOM40 is identified, a mitochondrial outer membrane channel protein, as a substrate of deSUMOylase SENP6. TOM40 SUMOylation disrupts outer membrane complex assembly, inhibits protein import, and compromises mitochondrial homeostasis.
