Recent Advances in Chemical Probing Strategies for RNA Structure Determination In Vivo

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 32, Issue 12, 23 March 2026.
This Review illustrates how structural probes combined with advanced sequencing technologies are revolutionizing our ability to map RNA structures and interactions within living cells. It highlights the development of innovative strategies tailored to probe RNA structures in particular biological contexts.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CRISPR-CAS SYSTEM STRUCTURES OF YERSINIA PSEUDOTUBERCULOSIS IP32953 AND IP31758

open access: yesActa Biomedica Scientifica, 2018
Background. Pseudotuberculosis is still relevant problem in medical science and public health of Russia and other countries. Typing of Y. рseudotuberculosis strains by their CRISPR systems is a perspective tool for monitoring of Yersinia populations as ...

Pathology of Pseudotuberculosis in Mice Experimentally Infected with Yersinia pseudotuberculosis

open access: yesThe Japanese Journal of Veterinary Science, 1976

How Does Biological Sex Impact Mucosal Bacterial Infection? Mucosal Defenses and Bacterial Detection

open access: yesImmunological Reviews, Volume 338, Issue 1, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Urinary tract infections possess substantial sex disparities in the incidence, immune response, and progression of infection. Some of these distinctions may be due to sexual dimorphism in mucosal barriers or sex differences in the initial immune response to infection.

Analysis of the Genetic Determinants of Yersiniachelin Siderophore of Yersinia

open access: yesПроблемы особо опасных инфекций
The study is focused on the genetic determinants of the yersiniachelin (Ych) siderophore encoded by the ysu gene cluster and found only in Yersinia pestis and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. The aim of the investigation was to analyze the genes encoding the

An encapsulated Yersinia pseudotuberculosis is a highly efficient vaccine against pneumonic plague. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS Neglected Tropical Diseases, 2012
BACKGROUND: Plague is still a public health problem in the world and is re-emerging, but no efficient vaccine is available. We previously reported that oral inoculation of a live attenuated Yersinia pseudotuberculosis, the recent ancestor of Yersinia ...

[Drug sensitivity of Yersinia enterocolitica and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis].

open access: yesThe Japanese journal of antibiotics, 1976
Drug-sensitivity of 70 strains of Y. enterocolitica and 24 of Y. pseudotuberculosis including reference strains and isolates from men or animals were determined by the agar plate-dilution method. All the strains of Y. enterocolitica were relatively resistant to penicillins and cephalosporins, while all of Y. pseudotuberculosis were sensitive to both of

A Review of Infectious and Non‐Infectious Causes of Pregnancy Loss in Goats

open access: yesReproduction in Domestic Animals, Volume 61, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Goats play a vital role in global agriculture, particularly in developing regions, and are increasingly kept as companion animals. Given their economic and social importance, pregnancy losses in goats represent a substantial challenge, leading to considerable economic losses and raising concerns about animal welfare and public health, as some ...
