An estimate of the age and growth of Rhabdosargus hqffara collected from the Suez Bay is made by examining the growth increment of their scales. The growth rings showed that R. hqffara rarely attain more than four years. The Bertalanffy growth parameters were estimated as K= 0.47 , L^ = 26.79cm and to = -0.36 .
