Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Voltage Waveform and Voltage Boost Ratio of Quasi Z Source DC Converters
In order to optimize the voltage waveforms of quasi Z source converters and investigate their effects on voltage boost ratio, the LTspice software is used to conduct a simulation study on quasi Z source converters after theoretical analysis.

Switched Z-Source/Quasi-Z-Source DC-DC Converters With Reduced Passive Components for Photovoltaic Systems [PDF]
In this paper, switched Z-source/quasi-Z-source dc-dc converters (SZSC/SQZSCs) are proposed for the photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected power system, where the high step-up dc-dc converters are required to boost the low voltage to high voltage. The boost factor is increased by adding another one switch and diode to the output terminals of traditional Z ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Analysis of the non‐isolated step‐up network based on impedance source converter
A new topology of the high step‐up Z‐source converter is proposed, which does not need to work at high duty cycles to increase the voltage gain. In other words, this converter can generate high voltage gain in low duty cycles.

Performance evaluation of boost and Z-source converters for fuel cell application [PDF]
Z-sourcebeing an attractive option for buck-boost energy conversion in renewable system, this paper investigates the performances of the traditional boost converter and Z-source inverterfed by fuel cell as the dc source. The changes in the fuel cell utilization, stack consumption and efficiency of a 65kW fuel cell is studied by maintaining a constant ...

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.
