26.2 Power supply noise in a 22nm z13™ microprocessor

2017 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC), 2017
Successful power supply noise mitigation requires a system-level approach that includes design and modeling of the mitigation circuits with the power delivery network (PDN) on the chip, the chip module, the backplane, and the voltage regulator module (VRM).

Z13 corrections to the energy widths of the states of protons and antiprotons in an electron gas

Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms, 1998
Abstract The energy widths of the states of protons and antiprotons moving at arbitrary velocities in a homogeneous electron gas are evaluated within a quadratic response theory and the random-phase approximation (RPA). It is found that at low and intermediate velocities the Z13 correction causes a considerable reduction in the energy width of the ...

Inner-shell ionization and the Z13 and barkas effects in stopping power

Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms, 1984
Abstract The basic evidence for departure of energy loss phenomena from the Z 1 2 scaling law of the plane-wave Born approximation is recounted for bare projectiles with atomic number Z 1 . The several theoretical treatments of higher order contributions to stopping power theory are characterized.

The Barkas effect - or Z13, Z14-corrections to stopping of swift charged particles

Nuclear Instruments and Methods, 1976
The Barkas effect is the difference in stopping of swift, positive and negative particles. This qualitative discussion of it concerns the theory of higher Z1-corrections to the Bethe formula. It is shown that simple classical concepts suffice for obtaining main features of stopping formulae.

[Salmonella freiburg: a new salmonella-serotype (3,10:1,Z13:1,2) (author's transl)].

Zentralblatt fur Bakteriologie, Parasitenkunde, Infektionskrankheiten und Hygiene. Erste Abteilung Originale. Reihe A: Medizinische Mikrobiologie und Parasitologie, 1979
A new Salmonella serotype (S. 3,10:1,Z13:1,2) was isolated from a stool specimen of a 13 year old immigrant from Narpan, USSR. The strain was finally identified as a new Salmonella, Subgenus I, on August 10, 1975 by Prof. Le Minor, International Salmonella Centre, Paris.

[A new serovar of Salmonella: S. IIIb 35: 1, z13: e, n, x, z15].

Giornale di batteriologia, virologia ed immunologia, 1996
The authors describe briefly the protocol for isolating a new serovar of Salmonella from the stools and the sand of a cage-shield of a python (Python regius (Shaw, 1802), kept as pet animal by a family in Messina. Such a finding is considered within the complex and wide investigation programme which we have been carrying out for years in our Institute ...
