A self‐assembled zein‐polyphenol/surfactant composite nanocoating proposed for polyurethane surface functionalization enables structural‐enhanced synergistic hemostasis by efficiently capturing blood components without activating coagulation pathways, and exhibits potent antibacterial activity, antioxidant properties, and high biocompatibility.
