Abstract This chapter examines Zelensky's leadership on and after the launch of Russia's all-out war on February 24, 2022. It begins with a discussion of Zelensky's own Euro-Atlantic orientation and how he brought other Ukrainians around to this position while Russia was gearing up for its major escalation of the war.
