Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an

Research of Fault Line Selection Method of Distribution Network Based on Transient Zero-sequence Energy

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2012
For problem of ineffectiveness of traditional line selection methods by use of single feature value caused by complex and random fault borderline, small steady component of fault and reverse phase of instantaneous zero-sequence power when single-phase ...

On a different weighted zero-sum constant

open access: yes, 2023
For a finite abelian group $(G,+)$, the constant $C(G)$ is defined to be the smallest natural number $k$ such that any sequence in $G$ having length $k$ will have a subsequence of consecutive terms whose sum is zero. For a subset $A\subseteq\mathbb Z_n$,

ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

A ‎‎‎Forward-Backward Projection Algorithm for Approximating of the Zero of the Sum of Two Operators

open access: yesپژوهش‌های ریاضی, 2020
Introduction ‎One of the most important classes of mappings is the class of‎ ‎monotone mappings due to its various applications‎. ‎For solving many‎ ‎important problems‎, ‎it is required to solve monotone inclusion‎ ‎problems‎, ‎for instance‎, ‎evolution

Topological methods in zero-sum Ramsey theory

open access: yes, 2023
A cornerstone result of Erd\H os, Ginzburg, and Ziv (EGZ) states that any sequence of $2n-1$ elements in $\mathbb{Z}/n$ contains a zero-sum subsequence of length $n$.

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

High-speed vision measurement of vibration based on an improved ZNSSD template matching algorithm

open access: yesSystems Science & Control Engineering, 2022
This paper proposes an improved zero-mean normalization sum of squared differences (ZNSSD) algorithm to solve the problem of the inability of traditional structural measurement to extract high-frequency vibration signals.

Minimal Zero-sum Sequences of Maximum Length in the Group C3 ⊕ C3k

open access: yes, 2007
A sequence α in an additively written abelian group G is called a minimal zero-sum sequence if its sum is the zero element of G and none of its proper subsequences has sum zero.
