A High Efficiency Nonisolated Buck–Boost Converter Based on ZETA Converter

IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2020
In this paper, a new transformerless buck–boost converter based on a ZETA converter is introduced. The proposed converter has the ZETA converter advantages, such as buck–boost capability, input-to-output dc insulation, and continuous output current. The suggested converter voltage gain is higher than the classic ZETA converter.

Modeling and control of a Zeta converter

The 2010 International Power Electronics Conference - ECCE ASIA -, 2010
A Zeta converter is a fourth-order DC-DC converter made up of two inductors and two capacitors and capable of operating in either step-up or step-down mode. Compared with other converters in the same class, such as Cuk and SEPIC converters, the Zeta converter has received the least attention, and more importantly, its dynamic modeling and control have ...

A New DC-DC Double Zeta Quadratic Converter

2020 IEEE International Conference on Industrial Technology (ICIT), 2020
This paper presents a study of a new dc-dc non-isolated high gain converter called Double Zeta Quadratic Converter. From a single basic switching cell of a family of quadratic converters, the topological states, the waveforms of voltage and current, and the output characteristic graph of the converter are presented in this paper.

Complementary adaptive control of Zeta converters

2013 International Electric Machines & Drives Conference, 2013
Compensators and Proportional-Integral (PI) controllers have been designed and used for control of Zeta converters. However, frequent voltage variations in some applications such as maximum power point tracking of solar power require a high profile voltage tracking controller.
