Antioxidation Properties of Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate in the Presence of Organic Oxides.
酸化物を含む潤滑油に酸化防止剤 (以下AO) を追加添加しても期待どおりの効果が見られないことがある。この現象を解明するためにモデル酸化物 (以下MO) を加えたヘキサデカン (以下HD) を試料油として酸化試験を行い, AOの性能を誘導期間法で評価した。異なるタイプのAOに対してアルデヒド (以下RCHO) が最も悪影響を及ぼすことが判明した。RCHOの影響の詳細を知るためにジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛 (以下ZDTP) とRCHOの反応を31P核磁気共鳴分析 (以下31P-NMR分析) で追跡して以下のことを明らかにした。(1) RCHOはZDTPの分解を促進し, その結果誘導期間が減少する。(2) RCHOとZDTPの反応は酸素中で進行する。(3) 過酸化物とZDTPの反応は速やかに進行する ...
