Targeted Metabolomics Reveals Tissue‐Specific Accumulation and Translocation of Bioactive Compounds in Ginger During Growth

Targeted UHPLC–MS/MS methods were established to quantify 32 bioactive compounds in ginger leaves, stems, and rhizomes during growth. Distinct tissue‐specific accumulation and translocation patterns were observed, and aminoacyl‐tRNA biosynthesis was identified as the most active pathway in ginger development.

Identification of Antileukemic Compound From Ginger by Integrating UHPLC–MS, Network Pharmacology, Molecular Docking, Molecular Dynamics Simulation, and In Vitro and In Vivo Experimental Validation

Metabolomic screening and UHPLC–MS verification identified Arctigenin as a candidate antileukemic compound from ginger. Multi‐dimensional computational and experimental validation demonstrated its anti‐AML activity through apoptosis induction and tumor growth suppression, with potential involvement of PARP1 and NFκB1.
