Privacy-Enhanced ZKP-Inspired Framework for Balanced Federated Learning

open access: yes, 2023
AbstractFederated learning (FL) is a distributed machine learning approach that enables remote devices i.e. workers to collaborate to compute the fitting of a neural network model without sharing their data. While this method is favorable to ensure data privacy, an imbalanced data distribution can introduce unfairness in the model training, causing ...

Card-Based ZKP Protocols for Takuzu and Juosan.

open access: yes, 2020
Takuzu and Juosan are logical Nikoli games in the spirit of Sudoku. In Takuzu, a grid must be filled with 0’s and 1’s under specific constraints. In Juosan, the grid must be filled with vertical and horizontal dashes with specific constraints. We give physical algorithms using cards to realize zero-knowledge proofs for those games. The goal is to allow

Consumer Behavior Analysis in Digital Marketing Using AI and Big Data Analytics: A Narrative Review and Methodological Taxonomy

open access: yesWIREs Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery, Volume 16, Issue 3, September 2026.
AI and Big Data in Consumer Behavior Analysis. ABSTRACT The rapid expansion of digital consumer data has challenged traditional approaches to understanding behavior in digital marketing. Existing reviews often focus on individual methods and give limited guidance on how analytical techniques compare or how they should be selected for specific marketing

Fetal Pain Perception: Legislative Assertions and Developmental Neuroscience

open access: yesAnnals of the Child Neurology Society, Volume 4, Issue 1, Page 15-28, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Pain perception is a conscious experience, but neither pain nor consciousness is defined in the developing human fetus. Emergent consciousness may be regarded as a phenomenon that ultimately arises from an essential minimum of functional neuronal connectivity. Proposed U.S.

SLPI⁺ AT2‐Like Cells Orchestrate Lung Adenocarcinoma Invasion via Wnt Pathway Activation and Stromal Crosstalk in a Spatially Defined Margin Niche

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 6, 30 January 2026.
Integrating spatial transcriptomics and single‐cell RNA sequencing, this study identifies a novel subpopulation of SLPI⁺ AT2‐like cells at the invasive margin of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). These cells, through stromal crosstalk and Wnt pathway activation, promote tumor stemness and invasion.
