Effect of ZnS nanowire ARC on CZTS/CdS thin film solar cell by Nebulizer Spray Pyrolysis Technique

open access: yesMaterials Research Express, 2020
The main intention of this experimental work is to eliminate the reflection of the CZTS/CdS thin film solar cell by depositing the ZnS Antireflection coating (ARC) by Nebulizer Spray Pyrolysis Technique.

Nano-ZnS thin films for solar cell [PDF]

open access: yesNanosystems: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, 2015
In this paper, we report the effect of deposition time on the properties of zinc sulfide thin films. The ZnS thin films have been grown on amorphous glass substrates and at various deposition periods ranging from 30 to 120 min by chemical bath deposition technique. Other parameters, such as reactant concentration, solution pH, and bath temperature were

Solid‐State Diffusion and Intermetallic Phase Formation in Roll‐Bonded Mg–Zn Composites With Kirigami‐Patterned Inlay

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Mg–Zn composites with a thickness of 0.21 mm were fabricated using roll bonding of a kirigami‐patterned Mg alloy inlay within a Zn matrix. Thermal activation following this process led to the formation of tailored intermetallic structures, which provided the composite with enhanced flexural strength.
