Macrophage‐based immunotherapy for solid tumors is limited by poor tracking of cell localization and persistence. This study introduces nanotagged macrophages enabling near‐infrared photoacoustic imaging for real‐time monitoring. IFNγ‐conjugated tags enhance antitumor polarization without harming viability.

An Orthotopic Xenograft Model for Preclinical Evaluation of CAR T Cell Therapy in Glioblastoma
Abstract Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most lethal primary brain tumor in adults, and despite intensive research efforts, effective therapeutic breakthroughs remain elusive. Consequently, the standard of care has remained largely unchanged for nearly 30 years, underscoring the need for robust preclinical models to evaluate experimental therapies.

Myo1g Mediates NKR‐P1C Expression in Primary Mouse NK Cells and Participates in Cytotoxicity
In this study we analysed the participation of Myosin 1g in the development and functions of murine natural killer (NK) cells; we found that Myosin 1g is expressed in murine‐activated primary NK cells from the spleen. Additionally, in the absence of Myosin 1g, correlates with a reduced expression of NKR‐P1C but not of CD49b or NKp46.
