An ultrasound‐activatable piezoelectric hydrogel reprograms chondrocyte mitochondrial epigenetics via the mTOR/GATD3A axis, clearing damaged mitochondria and alleviating osteoarthritis progression in both mouse models and human cartilage explants. Bypassing Pre‐Photoactivation in High‐Barrier Polyamide for Robust and Scalable Organic Persistent Luminescence

A universal paradigm resolves the trade‐off between ambient stability and barrier properties in organic persistent luminescent (OPL) polymers. By interlocking chromophores within a high‐barrier MXD6 matrix, we achieved no Pre‐photoactivation OPLs with exceptional long‐term stability in water.

Targeting the HSPA8‐CMA‐ATP6V1A Axis Triggers Lysosomal Hyperacidification and Catastrophic Vacuolation in Prostate Cancer

Our experimental evidence supports a model in which ALO targets the HSPA8‐CMA‐ATP6V1A axis to induce lysosomal hyperacidification and initiate osmotic and lipidomic stress. These changes are associated with LMP and loss of lysosomal integrity in prostate cancer cells.
