This table of contents illustrates that the mechanism for mitigating Sr segregation depends strongly on the chemistry of the coating layer. HfO2 electrostatically stabilizes the surface by lowering the surface oxygen vacancies, which serve as the driving force for Sr migration. On the other hand, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 react with segregated Sr to form Sr‐Al‐O

In Situ Amine Formation to Modulate MOF‐Derived PdIn N‐Doped Carbon Catalysts
An amine‐assisted approach converts PdIn‐MOF into PdIn intermetallic nanoparticles embedded in N‐doped carbon. In situ‐generated amines trigger early Pd nucleation, producing smaller PdIn domains than direct pyrolysis. Amine sterics and basicity tune composition and particle size, while solvent and amine co‐determine textural features.

Mechanical Properties of Glass-Ionomer Cement Composited by ZrO2 and CaMgSi2O6 in Submicron Particle Size: Their Acidic-Basic Behaviors in The Presence of Poly Acrylic Acid [PDF]
Glass ionomer cements (GICs) are widely utilized in clinical restorative dental applications, which suffer from poor mechanical strength. Recent research shows that GIC achieves optimal performance when modified with lower percentage of filler materials,
