Synthesis and characterization of M‐ZSM‐5 composites prepared from ZSM‐5 zeolite

Asia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, 2008
AbstractMicromesoporous M‐ZSM‐5 composites were hydrothermally synthesized by the self‐assembly of precursors, alkali‐treated ZSM‐5 nanoparticles, with CTMABr surfactant in alkaline media and characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption, Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) etc.

Thermodynamic studies on hydrogen adsorption on the zeolites Na-ZSM-5 and K-ZSM-5

Microporous and Mesoporous Materials, 2005
Abstract Adsorption of dihydrogen onto the zeolites Na-ZSM-5 and K-ZSM-5 renders the fundamental H–H stretching mode infrared active. The corresponding infrared absorption bands were found at 4101 and 4112 cm −1 for H 2 /Na-ZSM-5 and H 2 /K-ZSM-5, respectively. Thermodynamic characterization of the adsorbed state was carried out by means of variable-

Isomorphous Substitution in Zeolite Zsm-5

1989
A series of metal-substituted silicalite samples has been prepared. Preliminary experiments indicate that some of the metal species occupy framework sites in the zeolite structure. An interesting feature of all of the products is the large size of the crystallites, some being as much as 500μm long.
