Hand and Foot Dermatitis Secondary to Zucchini Exposure
Contact dermatitis is an inflammatory condition mediated by allergens and irritants, including food. There have been few reports of zucchini causing contact dermatitis outside of ingestion. We report a case of allergic contact dermatitis to zucchini secondary to sensitization by a past squash exposure.
