Biopsychosocial factors and participation in adults with developmental coordination disorder: A structural equation modelling analysis

open access: yesDevelopmental Medicine &Child Neurology, Volume 67, Issue 9, Page 1217-1225, September 2025.
Developmental coordination disorder (DCD) in adulthood has negative direct effects on executive function, self‐esteem, and social support as well as objective participation dimensions (i.e. assistance in performance and performance level). While self‐esteem and social support mediate between DCD and all objective and subjective participation dimensions,

Exploring the multidimensional occupational participation of young adults with developmental coordination disorder

open access: yesAustralian Occupational Therapy Journal, Volume 72, Issue 2, April 2025.
Abstract Introduction Developmental coordination disorder (DCD) impacts occupational participation in adulthood, yet little is known about its multidimensional pattern (including objective and subjective dimensions). This study explores the participation patterns of adults with DCD.

A New Soft‐Switched Trans‐Inverse Step‐Up DC/DC Converter With Zero Input Current Ripple

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, Volume 13, Issue 2, Page 714-727, February 2025.
ABSTRACT In this article, a new single‐switch high step‐up DC/DC converter with soft‐switching performance is presented for sustainable energy applications. In this circuit, zero input current ripple is obtained at a small value of the input inductance. Therefore, the ohmic loss of the input inductor will be significantly alleviated.

‘Occupational experience’ in occupational therapy and occupational science literature: A scoping review

open access: yesAustralian Occupational Therapy Journal, Volume 72, Issue 1, February 2025.
ABSTRACT Introduction ‘Occupational experience’ (OE) is widely used within the occupational therapy profession. However, it lacks a clear and unified definition in the profession's consensus practice frameworks and seminal models. Therefore, this study aimed to examine how OE has been defined and described in both occupational therapy and occupational ...

Current management of chronic kidney disease in type‐2 diabetes—A tiered approach: An overview of the joint Association of British Clinical Diabetologists and UK Kidney Association (ABCD‐UKKA) guidelines

open access: yesDiabetic Medicine, Volume 42, Issue 2, February 2025.
Abstract A growing and significant number of people with diabetes develop chronic kidney disease (CKD). Diabetes‐related CKD is a leading cause of end‐stage kidney disease (ESKD) and people with diabetes and CKD have high morbidity and mortality, predominantly related to cardiovascular disease (CVD).
