Desmoplastic Fibroma of the Zygoma
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 1999Desmoplastic fibroma is an exceedingly rare primary bone tumor. Previous reports have not included the presentation of this tumor associated with the zygoma. This report describes the unusual presentation and surgical management of a desmoplastic fibroma of the zygoma.

Primary Hemangioma of the Zygoma
Archives of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, 1965HEMANGIOMATA are common; however, their occurrence as primary tumors within the skeletal system is extremely rare. 3,4,6,9,13,14,16 According to Wyke, 16 the general incidence of hemangiomata of bone is 0.7% of osseous neoplasms. In a series of 1,831 bone tumors recorded at the Registry of Bone Sarcoma, only 13 were hemangiomata.

Approaching the Zygoma with an Endoscope
Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, 1995A hemicoronal or coronal incision is required in combination with a buccal incision to expose the zygoma, including zygomatic process of the temporal bone, and lateral orbital rim under direct visualization. An endoscope was used to expose zygoma in selected cases to reduce the length of the incision.

Haemangioma of the zygoma: case report
Neuroradiology, 1997Haemangioma of bone in the zygoma is extremely rare. We report two cases presenting with swelling of the zygomatic region. The literature is reviewed and CT, angiographic and MRI findings are discussed.

[Ganglioneuroma of the zygoma].
Revue de stomatologie et de chirurgie maxillo-faciale, 2007Ganglioneuroma is an uncommon benign tumor that arises from the sympathetic nervous system accounting for less than 1% of all soft-tissue neoplasms.We report the case of a 22 year-old man who presented a ganglioneuroma localized in the zygoma.Ganglioneuroma generally develop in the abdomen or thorax soft tissue.
