Pancytopenia associated with hyperthyroidism
Nihon Naika Gakkai Zasshi, 2004 症例は26歳,女性.全身倦怠感,息切れと汎血球減少のため当科に入院した.網状赤血球と間接ビリルビンの上昇,ハプトグロビン低下,赤血球の大小不同と奇形赤血球を認めた.骨髄は過形成で赤芽球比率の上昇と軽度の形態異常を呈しており溶血性貧血の存在が示唆された.また発汗,体重減少,甲状腺ホルモンの異常高値を認め,甲状腺機能亢進症の合併と診断した.一次性の血液疾患は認めず,甲状腺機能亢進症の治療により血液学的異常は軽快した.
