中枢α1肾上腺素受体在刺激肾神经传入纤维引起的血压效应中的作用

作者用氨醛糖麻醉猫,去除颈动脉窦-主动脉神经,切断迷走神经,以探讨中枢a1肾上腺素受体在刺激肾神经传入纤维(RAS)时升压反应中的作用,结果显示:侧脑室注射al肾上腺素受体阻断剂哌唑可明显抑制各种频率RAS时的升压反应;中脑导水管插管后,侧脑室注射哌唑嗪,抑制RAS的升压作用同样有效;两侧室旁核微量注射哌唑嗪可明显抑制RAS的升压反应。上述结果表明,中枢神经系统、尤其在前脑和室旁核的aI肾上腺素受体有促进RAS升压反应。
