Using neutron irradiated silicon with considerably lower spread in resistivity as compared to conventionally doped silicon it was possible to produce power thyristors with breakdown voltages between 3.5 kV and 5.5 kV.

This study investigates the effects of milling parameters, including rotational speed, milling duration, and ball‐to‐powder ratio, on TiAl particle size and morphology in an XHV‐equivalent atmosphere. The creation of oxide‐free surfaces enhances the mechanical properties of green bodies.

换流阀是特高压直流输电工程中主要关键设备,其设计的可靠性直接影响直流系统的安全可靠运行。文中介绍了锦屏—苏南±800 kV特高压直流工程晶闸管换流阀主要技术参数。主要从电压应力、电流应力、水冷系统、晶闸管参数4个方面和先前投运的向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流工程晶闸管换流阀进行了对比分析。验证了锦屏—苏南特高压直流工程晶闸管换流阀整体性能比向家坝—上海±800 kV直流工程有所提升,可以长期安全可靠运行;同时也为后续±800 kV特高压直流工程换流阀的设计和制造奠定了良好的基础。
