Novel approaches for drug development against chronic primary pain: A systematic review
Abstract Chronic primary pain (CPP) persisting for more than 3 months, associated with significant emotional distress without any known underlying cause, is an unmet medical need. Traditional or adjuvant analgesics do not provide satisfactory pain relief for a great proportion of these patients.

Flexible Contract, Flexible Morale? Microcredit Design and Repayment Discipline
ABSTRACT Flexible repayment benefits borrowers, but practitioners fear increased moral hazard. Impact of Left Bundle Branch Pacing on Left Ventricular Mechanical Efficiency
The analysis of myocardial work in 115 consecutive patients receiving left bundle branch area pacing revealed a strong correlation between all myocardial work indices recorded during spontaneous or paced rhythm. Conversely, no significant correlations were observed between myocardial work indices and the R wave peak time in V6 or the V6–V1 interpeak ...

In Vitro Assessment of 3T MRI Effects on Non–3T‐Compatible Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices
ABSTRACT Background The safety of cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) during 3‐Tesla (3T) MRI remains uncertain, particularly for devices not designed for 3T use. We experimentally evaluated 3T MRI effects on 3T‐compatible and non–3T‐compatible CIEDs.
