Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 1999 探讨阴道后穹隆冲洗液β-hCG水平测定对于诊断胎膜早破(PROM)的意义。方法 采用放射免疫法测定30例胎膜早破孕妇(胎膜早破组)和60例正常孕妇(对照组,其中30例妊娠28～32周为对照组1,30例妊娠36～42周为对照组2)后穹隆冲洗液(3ml无菌生理盐水)β-hCG水平。结果 胎膜早破组后穹窿冲洗液β-hCG测定结果为324.82mlU/ml,观察组后穹窿冲洗液β-hCG测定结果为5.36mlU/ml,观察组后穹隆冲洗液β-hCG水平明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论 ...
