胎膜早破阴道后穹窿冲洗液β-hCG测定

探讨阴道后穹隆冲洗液β-hCG水平测定对于诊断胎膜早破（PROM）的意义。方法 采用放射免疫法测定30例胎膜早破孕妇（胎膜早破组）和60例正常孕妇（对照组,其中30例妊娠28～32周为对照组1,30例妊娠36～42周为对照组2）后穹隆冲洗液（3ml无菌生理盐水）β-hCG水平。结果 胎膜早破组后穹窿冲洗液β-hCG测定结果为324.82mlU/ml,观察组后穹窿冲洗液β-hCG测定结果为5.36mlU/ml,观察组后穹隆冲洗液β-hCG水平明显高于对照组,差异有显著性（P0.05）。结论 ...
