Essential Oil Compositions and Biological Activities of Broussonetia papyrifera Aerial Parts: An Integrated In Vitro and In Silico Study

Essential oils from B. papyrifera stem bark and leaves were characterized by a high abundance of oxygenated sesquiterpenes, particularly spathulenol and (Z)‐dihydro‐apofarnesol. Both essential oils exhibited antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory activities, along with moderate cytotoxic effects.

MSD–SPME–GC–MS/FID reveals distinct organ‐specific volatile signatures in Lactuca tatarica. Leaves are dominated by lipid‐derived aldehydes, roots exhibit a mixed profile of aldehydes and terpenoids, and seeds are characterized by aldehydes and aromatic ketones.
