Action d'organolithiens et organomagnésiens sur la propiolactone en présence de sel cuivreux synthèse d'acides carboxyliques [PDF]
Organocuprate reagents, as well as Grignard reagents under the catalytic action of copper bromide, react with propiolactone to give the corresponding homologous acid with three more carbon atoms in good ...

Our study introduces the mosaic H1N1 LAIV, an intranasal broad‐spectrum influenza vaccine that integrates the mosaic antigen design with LAIV technology. Intranasal boosting in mice elicits robust mucosal, humoral, and cellular immunity, as well as provides extensive protection against both homologous and heterologous influenza strains.

Block copolymers are fundamental for the development of smart molecules. Aliphatic polyesters and polycarbonates have received attention as heteroatom‐containing polymers that are biodegradable and biocompatible. Block polymers from polyesters and polycarbonates have the ability to form smart molecules. This review presents the heterocycle monomer ring‐

NAVIER–STOKES EQUATIONS ON THE β-PLANE [PDF]
Mathematical analysis has been undertaken for the vorticity formulation of the two dimensional Navier–Stokes equation on the β-plane with periodic boundary conditions. This equation describes the flow of fluid near the equator of the Earth. The long time

Understanding zwitterionic ring‐expansion polymerization through mass spectrometry
Abstract Zwitterionic ring‐expansion polymerization (ZREP) is a polymerization method in which a cyclic monomer is converted into a cyclic polymer through a zwitterionic intermediate. In this review, we explored the ZREP of various cyclic polymers and how mass spectrometry assists in identifying the product architectures and understanding their ...

SARS‐CoV‐2 particles in complex cell culture medium are detected using high‐frequency electrical measurements. This is made possible through the use of large arrays of independently addressable nanoelectrodes implemented using complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS), semiconductor technology.

Probing the Role of Asn 152 in the Class C β-lactamase AmpC [PDF]
AmpC, a class C β-lactamase, is a main cause of antibiotic resistance to cephalosporins in many species of bacteria. The current proposed mechanism of action involves an acyl-intermediate, where the enzyme becomes covalently attached to the drug at ...

A Mouse Model of Enterovirus D68 Infection for Assessment of the Efficacy of Inactivated Vaccine
In recent years, enterovirus D68 (EVD68) has been reported increasingly to be associated with severe respiratory tract infections and acute flaccid myelitis (AFM) in children all over the world. Yet, no effective vaccines or antiviral drugs are currently
