Fluorescent BODIPY‐conjugated thiosemicarbazone ligands and their Ga(III), In(III), and Fe(III) complexes, inspired by Triapine, are developed as theranostic agents. Multiphoton FLIM and confocal microscopy in cancer cells and zebrafish reveal real‐time uptake, mitochondrial localisation, and whilst spectroscopic assays indicated preserved complex ...

Single‐cell longitudinal profiling reveals that androgen‐deprivation therapy induces a DPT+ fibroblast‐complement axis that suppresses macrophage inflammation and drives CD8+ T cell exhaustion in prostate cancer. Concurrently, resistant epithelial subpopulations persist and engage TSPAN1‐ and NRXN1‐mediated programs promoting CRPC and neuroendocrine ...

Atomic Tuning of Metal‐Support Interactions for Pathway‐Selective CO2 Photoreduction on TiO2
Single‐atom Fe and Cu catalysts anchored on TiO2 steer photocatalytic CO2 reduction toward distinct pathways. Fe sites favor rapid *CO desorption and selective CO formation, whereas Cu sites stabilize *CHO intermediates, enabling deep reduction and C─C coupling. Combined spectroscopy and DFT calculations reveal how metal–support interactions and oxygen

Background We have previously reported a simple correction method for estimating pleural pressure (Ppl) using central venous pressure (CVP). However, it remains unclear whether this method is applicable to patients with varying levels of intravascular ...

Molecular editing of bilobalide uncovers BB56, a PREP‐engaging chemotype with enhanced anti‐inflammatory activity in microglia. Integrated CETSA‐MS, SAR, and pathway analyses link BB56 to attenuation of p38 MAPK/NF‐κB and NLRP3‐associated inflammatory signaling, highlighting bilobalide editing as a strategy for developing neuroinflammation‐modulating ...

Ground State Solutions for General Choquard Equation With the Riesz Fractional Laplacian
In this work, we study the existence of a nonzero solution for the following nonlinear general Choquard equation (CE): −Δν+ν=−ΔD−α2 ∗ Fνfν,in ℝN, where N≥3, F represents the primitive function of f, f∈CR;R is a function that fulfils the general ...

Emergent 3D Fermiology and Magnetism in an Intercalated Van der Waals System
An emergent three‐dimensional electronic state is uncovered in an intercalated van der Waals system. A spin‐polarized intercalant‐host hybridized band crossing the Fermi level provides an itinerant channel for interlayer exchange, highlighting how electronic dispersion governs magnetic dimensionality.

δD and δ18O systematics in geothermal fluids, Olkaria Geothermal system, Kenya
The δD and δ18O systematics of geothermal fluids, Olkaria Kenya, were studied. Samples were collected from well discharges, both liquid and vapour phases collected at the same temperature and pressure, and analysed for major elemental and δD and δ18O ...

A Phosphorylation‐Induced Micellization Switch in the Low‐Complexity Domain of TDP‐43
Phosphorylation of TAR DNA‐binding protein's 43 kDa (TDP‐43) low‐complexity domain by casein kinase 1 delta (CK1δ) acts as a molecular switch, redirecting its self‐assembly from macroscopic phase separation toward finite‐sized, spherical block‐copolymer micelles of ∼30 nm.
