Probe into effect of upgraded continuing education for improving nurses core competencies
Huli yanjiu, 2015 [目的]为护理学科专升本继续教育以及护理岗位的合理安排提供有效依据。[方法]采用中国注册护士核心能力量表对南宁市13所三级甲等医院588名临床护士进行问卷调查。[结果]专升本护士核心能力总得分高于专科护士,两者在评判性思维/科研能力等6个维度得分比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。[结论]经专升本继续教育后专升本护士核心能力总体优于专科护士。
