Huli yanjiu, 2004 根据护士的个性心理特征 ,自行设计调查问卷表 ,对我院在岗 10 3名护士的工作岗位及护理专业偏爱、选择、满意程度进行调查。结果 :具有专科性的妇产科、手术室护士以及风险相对低、工作量低的供应室、门诊护士满意程度较高。护士对转科、专科和一般要求的心理反应为 41.7%、3 5 .9%、2 2 .3 %。提出针对护士的个性心理特征 ,进行双向选择岗位 ,做到合理、全面、有效的用人安排计划。
