目的 为对藏区先天性疾病患者的护理提供临床经验，本文总结了对16例患者的护理经验。方法 通过观察分析在本科住院的16例藏区先心患者的负面情绪及行为，分别在入院初期、术后、出院前采用SCL-90评分量表对患者的负性情绪及行为进行评定。针对发生率较高的负面情绪及行为提供系统的护理干预措施。结果针对性的心理干预护理能有效减少患者的负性情绪，提高其遵医行为，促进了术后康复。跟踪随访患者术后3个月、6个月、1年，发现患者康复良好，生活质量也得到提高。结论 ...
