Highlights Increased glutamate is associated with the development of diabetes. Glutamate increases plasminogen (PLG) levels through glutamate metabotropic receptor 5 activation with various insulin resistance‐related stresses. Glutamate inhibits the conversion of PLG to plasmin by increasing plasminogen activator inhibitor‐1.

Effect of tacticity on intrinsic viscosity of polymer chain(PMA链规整性对溶液特性粘度的影响)
本文在旋转异构态模型下,导出高分子链构型参数理论公式,计算了聚丙烯酸甲酯链的特征比随分子量和链规整性变化的规律.并通过比较聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯链的计算结果,研究了溶液特性粘度与链规整性之间的关系.

羧酸系阻垢剂具有对水环境无磷污染优势。通过实验对新型聚醚型羧酸系共聚物马来酸酐-烯丙氧基聚乙烯氧基羧酸钠(MA-APEC)、丙烯酸-烯丙氧基聚乙烯氧基羧酸钠(AA-APEC)及羧酸系聚合物水解聚马来酸酐、聚丙烯酸、丙烯酸/丙烯酸羟丙酯的阻磷酸钙垢能力进行了对比研究。实验结果显示, 5种阻垢剂均可使磷酸钙晶体形貌发生改变, 但拥有强亲水性聚乙烯氧基链段的聚合物MA-APEC和AA-APEC具有更优异的阻磷酸钙垢能力。
