Huli yanjiu, 1988 我所是省一级的中医研究单位,职工523名,拥有病床300支,护理人员106名,其中主管护版11名,护师12名。多年来在护理上,主要是延用西医护理的那一套,不突出中医特色,没有中医术语,没有中医病名等等。近年来为了使我们护理工作适应中医的科研与临床工作,符合中医发展的需要,我们改革了旧的护理制度,实行了新型的护理管理体制,尤其是1986年全国护理工作会议的召开,大大推动了我所护理工作的改革,结合我所具体情况,在护理上做了一定的工作。
