, 2017 目的探究常用解热镇痛药说明书中儿童用药标识情况,分析儿童用药现状,为其提出合理建议。方法选取51份本院常用的解热抗炎、抗痛风、镇痛药说明书,其中口服制剂29份、注射制剂16份、喷雾制剂6份。对说明书中是否有儿童用法用量、慎用禁用提示、用药尚不明确及用药项缺省等标注情况进行统计分析。结果口服药中,中成药用法标注率（50.0%）低于西药用法标注率（64.7%）;中成药儿童用药项省略率（41.7%）高于西药儿童用药项省略率（11.8%）。口服药、注射剂和喷雾剂中儿童用法标注率分别为58.6%、62.5和100.
