中药内服外用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床评价

目的: 分析讨论中药内服外用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。 方法: 我院于 2018 年 5 月 -2019 年 5 月期间共收治 92 例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,以随机数字法将 92 例患者均分成两组(研究组、对照组),各有 46 例。两组均给予益气活血补肾汤治疗,研究组以此为基础采取中药方剂进行治疗。 结果: 两组患者治疗前的神经传导速度评分无差异,P > 0.05;治疗后,研究组腓总神经感觉传导速度以及腓总神经运动传导速度均高于对照组,P < 0.05;研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,P< 0 ...
