乙型肝炎病毒基因型分析以及与血清标志物的关系

目的乙型肝炎病毒六种主要基因型的分析,并探讨与乙肝血清标志物的关系。方法提取200例北京同仁医院乙型肝炎感染者血清核酸,采用型特异性引物PCR进行基因分型。用电化学发光法检测血清的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原、表面抗体、e抗原、e抗体、核心抗体。结果B型占26%、C型64%、BC复合型10%;C型的HBeAg阳性率显著性高于B型,在不同的基因型中HBsAg转阴率无显著性差异。结论北方人群中C型占优势,且C型HBV不易发生HBeAg血清学转换。

慢性乙型肝炎患者自体树突状细胞疫苗回输后的免疫应答

目的 探讨自体乙肝疫苗致敏的树突状细胞 (DC)对慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB)免疫治疗的作用。方法 取患者外周血 2 0ml分离单个核细胞 ,加入重组人粒细胞 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (rGM CSF)和白细胞介素 4 (IL 4 )进行DC体外扩增 ,于培养第 5天加入 5 0 μg/ml乙型肝炎疫苗 ,7天收获细胞。 34例慢性乙肝患者根据年龄和发病时间分为治疗 1、2、3组 ,皮内回输DC。对照组患者注射等量生理盐水 ,均每周 1次 ,连续 8次。于回输DC后 2周检测患者血清乙型肝炎病毒DNA(HBV
