Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2000 直接操纵界面（DMI）、超文本、虚拟环境（VE）和计算机支持协作工作（CSCW）等技术的设计和应用，极大地推动了计算机技术的发展，同时也产生了若干人因素问题。本文对直接界面设计中的“隐喻”问题、超文本应用的“迷失”问题、虚拟环境设计中的“沉浸”问题，以及计算机支持协作工作中的社会性接触问题等，进行了总结、分析和讨论。作者提出，人-计算机交互作用研究中存在的上述人因素问题值得引起重视。
