LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1水平与脑卒中患者抑郁关联性及交互作用研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的 分析微管相关蛋白轻链3-Ⅱ(LC3-Ⅱ)、Bcl-2相互作用蛋白1(Beclin-1)血清含量与脑卒中患者抑郁的相关性及交互作用的影响。方法 选取2021年12月至2023年6月北京市大兴区人民医院97例脑卒中患者，将住院期间发生抑郁者分为抑郁组，其余评定为非抑郁组。统计受检者LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1水平等信息，比较抑郁组、非抑郁组LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1表达，并分析脑卒中患者抑郁影响因素及LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1的交互作用对脑卒中患者抑郁情况的影响、LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin ...

Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2000 直接操纵界面（DMI）、超文本、虚拟环境（VE）和计算机支持协作工作（CSCW）等技术的设计和应用，极大地推动了计算机技术的发展，同时也产生了若干人因素问题。本文对直接界面设计中的“隐喻”问题、超文本应用的“迷失”问题、虚拟环境设计中的“沉浸”问题，以及计算机支持协作工作中的社会性接触问题等，进行了总结、分析和讨论。作者提出，人-计算机交互作用研究中存在的上述人因素问题值得引起重视。
