为解决现有的变压器振动噪声仿真方法存在计算量过大、难以求解、对工程实际的参考价值较小的问题,文中提出一种基于Comsol Multiphysics有限元仿真软件的变压器振动噪声分步有限元仿真方法。首先,考虑硅钢片各向异性修正铁心材料参数,计算铁心在磁致伸缩效应影响下的形变仿真结果;其次,根据实际形态及彼此配合关系,考虑辐向油道,构建绕组、油箱、铁心和垫块的二维模型,获得绕组的振动仿真结果;最后,构建变压器整体三维模型,将铁心在磁致伸缩效应影响下的形变仿真结果以及绕组振动的形变结果引入声场仿真中,并将铁心、

柔直阀控全链路仿真实验优化研究及验证

全链路仿真常用于验证柔性直流换流阀阀控系统全部板卡接入时的功能和性能。文中基于全链路仿真实验结构分析,提出了一种全链路仿真实验的优化方法,在满足阀控动态性能实验要求的基础上,降低了仿真系统的复杂度。分析全链路仿真系统结构,提出仿真实验结构优化方案;对比实际换流阀及全链路仿真试验延时,提出仿真实验延时优化方法;最后,搭建工程实验系统进行验证。实验结果显示,该优化方法具有实验回路复杂度低和链路延时小的优点,可满足阀控功能性测试和动态性能测试的需要。
