优化调度策略是有源配电网对分布式能源实施主动管理的核心技术,也是有源配电网安全经济运行的重要保障。文中以不同类型分布式电源的出力为控制变量,构建了突出电压质量提升和运行成本降低为目标的模糊化调度模型。引入均匀分布的初始和声库及变维数和声记忆库对基本和声搜索算法的改进用于调度模型的求解。通过IEEE33节点系统上的大量仿真测试和比较分析,验证了所建立的优化调度模型和改进算法的正确性和有效性。
