为检测真空断路器分合闸速度,设计了差动动磁铁型磁电速度传感器。通过对电磁感应定律公式的变换以及对永磁体磁场的有限元分析,确定了速度传感器的结构;通过对传感器输出—输入特性的分析,确定了线圈的连接方法;通过对传感器磁场分布进行分析,给出了磁通量算法及求解结果,分析了磁电速度传感器的性能;利用有限元分析软件对磁电速度传感器进行仿真分析。结果表明,磁电速度传感器的结构合理,性能良好。
