Identification of autoanti-B antibody produced by B blood group, a case report
Zhongguo shuxue zazhi, 2022 目的 对1例罕见的B抗原特异性自身抗体标本进行鉴定分析。方法 采用经典试管法、吸收放散法、微柱凝胶法检测血型抗原及抗体。巯基试剂处理血浆、直接抗球蛋白分型鉴定抗体性质。序列特异引物引导的聚合酶链反应进行ABO基因分型，测序分析ABO基因1～7外显子核苷酸序列。结果 ABO血型正反定型不符，正定型B抗原4＋，血浆与反定型B细胞凝集2＋s，不规则抗体筛查阴性。吸收放散试验证实：存在特异性抗-B，抗体性质为IgM，4℃条件体外溶血试验阳性。SSP基因分型为B/O1；1 ...
