Lactacystin对体外C6胶质瘤细胞超微结构影响的研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2008 目的探讨蛋白酶体抑制剂Lactacystin对体外C6胶质瘤细胞超微结构的影响。方法Lactacystin处理体外培养的C6胶质瘤细胞,HE染色后光镜观察细胞的死亡情况,锇铀铅染色后透射电镜观察细胞超微结构变化。结果Lactacystin处理体外C6胶质瘤细胞24 h后,光镜下见胞浆浓缩深染,胞核染色质致密浓缩,透射电镜下见细胞表面微绒毛消失,核皱缩,染色质致密浓缩、边集。结论蛋白酶体抑制剂Lactacystin可以诱导体外C6胶质瘤细胞凋亡。
