临床路径在母婴分离产妇健康教育中的应用

摘要： （免费在线浏览）摘要：［目的］观察临床路径在母婴分离产妇健康教育应用中的效果。［方法］选取60例母婴分离的产妇进行健康宣教，随机分为对照组和实验组各30例，对照组采用传统的病区宣教方法，实验组则采用临床路径的护理方式，对两组产妇的住院满意度和随机泌乳量进行统计分析。［结果］应用临床路径对母婴分离的产妇进行宣教，产妇的住院满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）；产妇泌乳量多于对照组(P<0.05)。［结论］应用临床路径对母婴分离产妇进行产后宣教有利于提高产妇住院满意度，促进产妇早日泌乳，
